Shipping origin and carrier

All products are shipped from Japan by Japan Post.

Estimated delivery times

Asia: 5-10 days / Oceania: 7-14 days / North America: 7-14 days / Other regions: 10-21 days

These estimates apply after shipment, which is normally within 3 business days after the order is placed. Customs clearance may affect delivery times.

Import duties and taxes

Import duties, import taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. The amount depends on the destination country's rules, and our store cannot cover these charges.

Countries and regions we cannot ship to

We do not ship to the following countries and regions. The reason for each is shown below.

• United States — US import regulations for food require advance filing on every shipment.
• United Kingdom — UK VAT registration is required of overseas sellers.
• Thailand — All imports are taxable regardless of value as of January 2026.
• European Union (27 countries) — EU VAT registration is required of overseas sellers.
• Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macao — We do not currently ship to these destinations.

We can ship to countries and regions not listed above. Countries we cannot ship to will not appear as choices on the checkout page.
