Every item we ship is plant-based and shelf-stable. Nothing requires refrigeration, so it travels well and keeps until you are ready to open it.

We pack each order ourselves into our own Phase Bravo box. Individual sweets stay in the maker's original packaging, exactly as they leave the shop. Every order is shipped directly from Japan.

At present our sweets come chiefly from confectioners in Noda, Chiba Prefecture. As our selection grows, we will keep sourcing from makers rooted in their own local communities.
