These Terms of Service set the conditions for using the online store operated by Phase Bravo.

Scope

When an order is formed

An order is formed when the customer completes payment on the checkout page and Stripe approves the payment.

Out-of-stock items

If we cannot ship a product after an order is formed because it is out of stock, fails quality checks, cannot be shipped, or for another reason, we will contact the customer and provide an alternative response or a refund.

Prohibited acts

You may not place orders using false information, impersonate another person, use fraudulent payment methods, or take actions that damage our store or a third party.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for delays or damages caused by natural disasters, customs procedures, carrier delays, changes in destination-country rules, communication failures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute related to this website or these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
