Spicy Senbei Set

Fujii Honten has been baking in Noda for ninety years, and among their everyday crackers is one wrapped in yellow paper that regular customers buy on purpose. It is hot. Not warm, not gently spiced — hot enough that the first one is a surprise. We have not toned it down. Instead we packed two plain soy sauce crackers alongside it, from Okawaya and Hiraiya, so there is something to reach for in between. If you look for the spicy option on every menu, this is the box. If you do not, the Senbei & Tea Box will suit you better.
